Beaconhouse is proud to introduce the Beaconhouse Early Years Enhanced Learning Environment (ELE) at a large number of schools in the Northern Region. The key objective of this programme is to use technology to enhance the delivery of the Early Years curriculum.
As a fundamental part of the programme, each classroom is equipped with tablet PCs and multimedia projectors. The schools are also equipped with digital cameras, scanners, printers, interactive whiteboards, and a host of other technologies to help children explore and learn in more meaningful ways than ever before.
Technology has allowed us to give children the opportunity to explore, learn, and experiment in ways that were not possible before. They can now use specialised software to compose their own music, create custom animations, and capture digital images of the world around them to create vibrant multimedia photo stories.
We invite you to join us in exploring this new world of Early Years education at Beaconhouse. Please sign up to visit the schools on special open days that are being organised to demonstrate the power of this technology.
